Advertisement Opportunities with the Village of Downs

The Village of Downs has many advertisement opportunities for local businesses throughout the year.  For no cost at all, you can list your business in our business pages.  Contact the Village Hall with your business information and send updates as needed to info@villageofdowns.org.  For paid advertising by donation or set fee, read through the below entries to learn about cost, scheduling, and contact information. The paid advertisements are all not for profit and help to offset costs of the mechanism used or event.

Village of Downs LED Entrance Sign

Advertising space is available for purchase on the LED sign located on South Seminary St. as you enter the Village of Downs from the south.  All proceeds will help pay for the initial cost of the sign, upkeep, and daily operation.  Rates are available for individual recognition, Downs/TV charitable organizations, other charitable organizations, for-profit business – Downs/TV and for-profit business – Others.  Discounts will be available for volunteering in the village or in-kind donations.  Please see the table below for rate details.

Ads can be images or video with a max run time of 20 seconds.  Each Ad would run, at a minimum, every 5 mins during the hours of 5 am – 12 am for a total of 114 impressions per day.  We recommend using Canva or like product to create your ad.  Ad must be 240x480 pixels. Contact the IT Jr Administrator with questions.

Instructions for Submission:
Fill out the Advertisement Form and return to the Village Hall with your payment.
Email or bring in your Ad to the IT Jr Administrator.

Village of Downs Newsletter

The Village Newsletter is generated in PDF form and in print.  Each month we release it on our website, via email for our digital subscribers, and print for our paid subscribers.  Residents are always welcome to visit us in the office to have us print it out for no charge.


To Advertise in the Newsletter:
  • Send the Advertising Form with payment (see form below for details) to the Village Hall.
  • Email Ad to the IT Jr Administrator.

Date Due: Monday after the second Thursday of each month.

Format:  JPG or PNG are best. 

Cost per month: one side = $7.00; front and back = $12.00
Cost per month for Non Profits: one side $3.50; front and back = $6.00
