TIF Joint Review Board

Annually the Joint Review Board (JRB) for each Tax Increment Financing District (TIF) must meet to discuss the annual report filed with the State of Illinois. The JRB is composed of certain taxing districts affected by the TIF and members of the public.

The Village must file the annual report with the Illinois State Comptroller's Office (along with other financial reports).  These reports are available on the website by clicking here.  The website allows for running reports to see expenditures and other breakdowns of outlay over the life of the TIF.
