| Starting April 20th, 2020. The Village of Downs water department will begin flushing all fire hydrants throughout the community. Flushing will take place during normal business hours and should be completed by the end of May. Users may experience discolored water during the process, if so, please allow a cold water faucet to run until the water clears up. If you have concerns or questions, please call Les Fitzwater at the number posted on the Village Website or in the newsletter. |
