Zoning Board Public Hearing for TIF 3 Annexations and Zoning Map Amendments
The Village of Downs ZBA will hear a request for a zoning map amendments and annexations at the request of the Village of Downs on behalf of McLean County Asphalt Co, Inc, Betty Williamson, Herschel and Virginia Reese, True-Line Wire Guidance Inc., Joseph and Sandra Bobst. The request is for the change of zoning from Ag after annexation to C-2 for most parcels. Reese parcel is requesting Special Use for Single Family Residential. Bobst and Williamson parcels will remain Ag.
Hearing will be held at 7 pm on December 1, 2015 at the Downs Village Hall. Notification were posted in the LeRoy Press on 11/20/2015 and by certified mail to required parcels and taxing bodies.
