Public Notice is hereby given by the village of Downs Zoning board of Appeals that on November 13, 2014 at 6:30pm in the Village of Downs Hall, located at 211 S. Seminary St. a public hearing will be held on the request for zoning map amendment at the request of Pat Estes at 415 W. Main St.; Downs, IL. The request is to change the current zoning classification of R-1 to R-2. This will match current adjoining residential zoned property. There are 2 lots owned by the applicant to be rezoned to R-2.
