Sand Volleyball Tournament Team Registration Form

Village of Downs is having a four-person sand volleyball tournament, with at least one female

players on the court at all times. Entry fee is $25, with an early bird registration fee of $20 for all entries received by July 1st, 2014.

Prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places

Limit of 10 registered teams.

Friday, July 4th starting at 9:00 PM in Downs Dooley Park on the Sand Volleyball Court.
