2013 Halloween Trick or Treating Hours

The Village of Downs will use the hours set in 2012 for Trick or Treating for 2013. Trick or Treating should be observed from 5-8 pm on October 31, 2013.

Please make sure your kids understand that homes that do not have any external lights on should not be visited.
