NOTICE
Public Notice is hereby given that the Village of Downs will hold a public hearing on the Preliminary Plan for Cross Creek Subdivision submitted by Mallard Point Development, Inc for the property described as:
That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 4, Township 22 North, Range 3 East of the Third Principal Meridian, McLean County, Illinois, lying south of the South Right-of-Way Line of County Highway 27 (Formerly County Highway 21A) as taken by the Department of Public Works and Buildings of the State of Illinois for and in behalf of the People of the State of Illinois by Chancery No. 68-169-H and as shown on Right-of-Way plat for F.A.I. Route 74 Section 57-22 recorded as Document No. 68-93 in the McLean County Recorder’s Office, except Cross Creek Plaza Phase I recorded as Document No. 2009-8537 in said Recorder’s Office and:
That part of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 4, lying south of said South Right-of-Way Line of F.A.I. Route 74 and lying west of Savidge Bridge Subdivision recorded as Document No. 2000-9037 in said Recorder’s Office, McLean County, Illinois
Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held upon said Preliminary Plan on Thursday July 12, 2012 at 6:00 PM at the Village Hall, 211 S. Seminary St. Downs, IL 61736, at which time all interested parties may present their views upon such matter pertaining hereto. Said Preliminary Plan is on file and available for public inspection at the Village Hall during regular business hours.
