Update: We will not have a rain date for the drive thru. At that point and for any future submissions, you will need to make an appointment with the police. Call 309-622-2207 to make the appointment. You will need to drive your cart to the police station for your appointment time.
Your application must be submitted to the Village Hall during open hours before your appointment. Open hours are currently M-F 8:30-12:30 unless otherwise noted.

An application, copy of all Drivers Licenses and Insurance card, along with payment must be submitted to the Village Hall before you attend the Drive-through Inspection. The Police will have a spreadsheet that will show them anyone who has submitted their full packet by noon on the Friday before the Drive Through event.

It’s almost that time again to renew permits as the year runs from May 1st through April 30th. The Board approved two permit changes for the upcoming year. The yearly permit fee will increase to $60. In addition, drivers must be at least 16 and possess a valid Illinois driver’s license. Please see all the policies in Chapter 8 on the Village website for the requirements to operate and obtain a permit and other safety guidelines. An application, copy of Drivers License and Insurance card, along with payment must be submitted to the Village Hall before an inspection can be done.
