For over a year, the billing department has been working towards a solution to the rising cost of postage, the undelivered or late delivery of the bills, and a quicker way for everyone to get their bills. For everyone that has an email in their account, an e-bill will be sent to that email. You are welcome to call the Village Hall to verify that your email is current. We will be attempting the first run of e-bills tomorrow (2-27-2026) before 10:30am. If all goes well, you should have an email from info@villageofdowns.org with your bill attached.
For the few accounts that do not have an email, we will be printing and mailing your bill as in the past. If you receive a printed bill and would rather receive the e-bill, please contact the Village Hall so that we can add your email to your account.
