Free Garbage and Recycle Carts Delivery

For those that turned in their forms for free garbage and recycle carts,

Delivery is set to begin on Monday, December 15th. The carts will be delivered directly to your home, most likely set where you would normally place your cart for pickup. I will update this post when I get confirmation that they have finished all deliveries.
