BNWRD Letter and Notary Services
Letters have been mailed to property owners within the Village of Downs along with a letter from Bloomington Normal Water Reclamation District (BNWRD), a copy of the original petition of annexation, and a signature page. All property owners will need to submit the signed signature page that has to be notarized by January 31st.
Notaries will be present on Thursday, 11/20 from 6-8pm @ the Village Hall at no cost to the property owner. If you cannot make it that evening, please keep in mind you can use any notary service. Some suggestions from Villagers that have dropped off their notarized/signed pages are: Banks, Bloomington/Normal Government Building, Google "Notary near me".
Update: We will have a notary here on December 5th from 8:30 am til 12:30 pm. Walk-in's only. |
