PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given by the Liquor Commission of the Village of Downs that on May 5, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. at the Village of Downs Municipal Hall, 211 S. Seminary St., Downs, IL 61736 a public hearing will be held before the Liquor Commissioner of the Village of Downs on a complaint alleging violations of certain provisions of Chapter 9 of the Village of Downs Municipal Code by the liquor license holders, namely Hardeep Bhalla and Mehboob Alam conducting business as Everlast Oil, Inc. situated in Downs, Illinois, which violations are more specifically set forth in the complaint issued to the aforementioned liquor license holders.
All interested persons may appear at said hearing and will be given an opportunity to be heard pursuant to the public hearing rules and posted agenda of the Village of Downs Liquor Commission. |
