Water Debt Service increased - January 2025
Message from the Mayor in the newsletter:
We had to implement the debt service, IEPA required, starting the Jan 2025 bill, which covers December 2024. All bills will increase $18.10 per month to cover the debt payments needed to repay the loan for the water plant. This amount is being reduced by $100k from sales taxes.
