Seminary and Washington Intersection closed til Friday evening

Message from the Highway Department: We are approaching Washington St with our installation of new storm sewer. The tie is in the middle of the street and will require at least 3 working days to complete. No traffic will be allowed on E Washington at the Seminary intersection.
