October 7 Regular Board of Trustees Meeting moved to Oct 14

The September flyer had the wrong date for the Regular BOT meeting.

Our approved FY2022 schedule had this meeting correct on October 14, 2021 @ 7 pm. This has been corrected on the village calendar as well.
