Applications for use of Golf Cart and Utility-Terrain Vehicles are now available for May 1, 2021-Apr
APPLICATIONS FOR USE OF GOLF CART AND UTILITY-TERRAIN VEHICLES are now available for May 1, 2021-April 30, 2022. Permits must be obtained to operate a qualified golf cart or utility-terrain vehicle. Permits shall be granted for a period of one (1) year and renewed annually. Applications are available on the Village of Downs website at www.villageofdowns.org. The cost of the permit is $50.00 per golf cart or utility-terrain vehicle.
GOLF CART UTV INFORMATION/SPECIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS DEFINITIONS: Per Chapter 8 Article X of the Village of Downs Code are located on the website www.villageofdowns.org. Applications along with payment and other documents need to be submitted to the Village Hall. An officer will schedule an inspection time with you. |
