No Christmas Decorating Contest

Events Committee have set the date and times for “Cookies with Santa” and have added a Sunday afternoon time.   They will have decorations, cookies and photo opportunity with Santa on December 7^th from 9 am – 12 pm and 4 – 7 pm and December 8^th from 1 - 4 pm.  Mark your calendar!  Location Dooley Park Pavilion.

Once again we will hold a Christmas Decorating Contest that will run from December 1 until December 18^th. Everyone will be entered in the contest.  We will award gift certificates for 1st, 2nd & 3rd place as determined by the following scoring system.  

Winners will be determined at the special Event Committee meeting on December 21^st, 2018, 6 pm at the Village Hall.

Once again we will hold a house lighting contest that will go until Dec 20^th.  This year everyone will be entered in the contest.  We will have three categories:  1) Village Choice, 2) Committee Choice and 3) Largest Display.  Voting for the Village Choice category will be online or via ballot that can be dropped off at the Village Hall.  

One vote per person and all ballots or online votes must contain a valid resident name.   Winners will again receive gift certificates to one of our local businesses.  The Committee will make the final decision on the remaining two categories.  Winners will be determined at the special Event Committee meeting on December 21^st, 2015, 6 pm at the Village Hall.
