Building Department

The Village of Downs Building Department is responsible for the issuing of building permits for new construction and modifications and additions to existing buildings. A permit is required before any work may be started. Permit applications can be picked up at the Village Hall. For more information on building permits, contact Trustee Sarah Gassaway.
